🚚 When will I get my order?
- United Arab Emirates: We offer Next-Day Delivery across the UAE for all orders placed before 2 PM (UAE time).
- Orders placed after 2 PM are shipped the following day — and delivered within 1–2 days anywhere in the UAE.
. - GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, etc.): 2–5 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
🔄 What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and have the original tags attached.
Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Please note: orignal shipping fees are non-refundable.

📦 Do you offer free shipping?
- UAE: Free express delivery on orders over AED 200.
- Saudi Arabia: Free express delivery on orders over SAR 600.
- Rest of GCC countries: Free express delivery on orders over AED 500.
(For orders below these amounts, a small delivery fee applies.)
🔎 How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can click the link to follow your package in real time until it arrives at your doorstep.
📏 How do I know my size?
You’ll find a Size Guide link on every product page.
- Shoes: Measure your foot from heel to toe (in cm or inches) and compare it with our size chart to find the right EU/US/UK size.
- Clothing: Use our size guide to check chest, waist, and hip measurements against your own. For the best fit, follow the simple measuring instructions provided in the chart.
If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for comfort.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, Tabby, or Cash on Delivery (UAE only).
- Orders are charged in AED.
- Prices shown in other currencies are approximate and may vary depending on your bank’s exchange rates or fees.
- With Tabby, you can split your payment into easy installments at checkout (where available).
- COD: Available within the United Arab Emirates.
