🚚 When will I get my order?

  • United Arab Emirates: 

    We offer Next-Day Delivery across the UAE for all orders placed before 2 PM (UAE time).
    Orders placed after 2 PM are shipped the following day — and delivered within 1–2 days anywhere in the UAE.

  • Saudi Arabia: 2–5 business days.

  • Other GCC countries (Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, etc.): 2–5 business days.

 

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

 

🔄 What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and have the original tags attached.

To start a return, email us at support@drk.me with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process.


📦 Do you offer free shipping?

 

  • UAE: Free express delivery on orders over AED 200.

  • Saudi Arabia: Free express delivery on orders over SAR 600.

  • GCC countries: Free express delivery on orders over AED 500.

(For orders below these amounts, a small delivery fee applies.)

 

🔎 How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Click the link to follow your package in real time until it arrives at your doorstep.


📏 How do I know my size?

 

You’ll find a Size Guide link on every product page.

  • Shoes: Measure your foot from heel to toe (in cm or inches) and compare it with our size chart to find the right EU/US/UK size.

  • Clothing: Use our size guide to check chest, waist, and hip measurements against your own. For the best fit, follow the simple measuring instructions provided in the chart.

If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for comfort.
