At Dorko, we take product quality seriously and ensure all items are inspected and accurately described before dispatch. Please review the information below carefully before submitting a return or exchange request.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

The item received is damaged

The item received is defective

The wrong item was delivered
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:

Unused and unworn

In original condition

With all original tags attached
If no defect, damage, or discrepancy is identified after inspection, the request will be declined.
Returns Not Accepted
Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

Change of mind

Personal preference (fit, style, comfort, color expectations)

Dissatisfaction with price or perceived value

Items that match the product images, description, and specifications listed on our website
How to Start a Return or Exchange
All returns and exchanges are self-service and must be submitted through our online return portal.

Through the return portal, you can:

Enter your order number

Select your return or exchange reason

Upload photos when required (to show the item is in original condition and that all tags are still attached)

Choose your preferred resolution
You will receive full instructions once your request is submitted.
All requests are reviewed after the item is received and inspected.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees (AED 22) are non-refundable
Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes inspection and is approved.
Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
UAE Customers

Return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer

A flat courier fee of AED 22 applies to each approved return request

Exchange courier fee (pickup + redelivery): AED 35
If the item received is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
GCC Customers

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect

For defective or wrong items, we cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement
Shipping fees for GCC orders are displayed in the return portal.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Worn or used shoes or apparel

Items missing original tags or packaging
-
Final sale or clearance items
