Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UAE Delivery

Delivery time:

We offer Next-Day Delivery across the UAE for all orders placed before 2 PM (Dubai time).

Orders placed after 2 PM are shipped the following day — and delivered within 1–2 days anywhere in the UAE.
Shipping fee:
- Free on orders above AED 200
- AED 22 on orders below AED 200
Delivered via trusted local couriers

GCC Delivery

We ship to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

Delivery time: 2–5 business days after processing
Shipping fee:
- Free on orders above AED 500
- AED 50 on orders below AED 500
Shipped via reliable couriers such as Aramex, DHL, or similar partners

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Use the link provided to track your shipment in real time until it arrives at your doorstep.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or courier service disruptions.

United Arab Emirates: We offer Next-Day Delivery across the UAE for all orders placed before 2 PM (UAE time).

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

Enter your order number and email or phone number, and follow the steps shown. You’ll also be asked to upload photos when required to confirm the item is in its original condition.

UAE: Free express delivery on orders over AED 200.

Saudi Arabia: Free express delivery on orders over SAR 600.

Rest of GCC countries: Free express delivery on orders over AED 500.

(For orders below these amounts, a small delivery fee applies.)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can click the link to follow your package in real time until it arrives at your doorstep.

Shoes: Measure your foot from heel to toe (in cm or inches) and compare it with our size chart to find the right EU/US/UK size.
Clothing: Use our size guide to check chest, waist, and hip measurements against your own. For the best fit, follow the simple measuring instructions provided in the chart.

If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for comfort.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, Tabby, or Cash on Delivery (UAE only).

Orders are charged in AED.

Prices shown in other currencies are approximate and may vary depending on your bank’s exchange rates or fees.

With Tabby, you can split your payment into easy installments at checkout (where available).
