At drk.me, operated by D R K Fashion Trading LLC, we ensure all products are carefully inspected and accurately described. Please review the policy below before submitting a return or exchange request.

 


 

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item received is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

 

All requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

 


 

Returns Not Accepted

Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference (fit, style, comfort, color expectations)

  • Dissatisfaction with price or perceived value

  • Items that match the product images, description, and specifications listed on our website

 


 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

All return and exchange requests must be submitted through our online return portal.

Requests submitted via email, social media, or other channels will not be processed.


To complete a request, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Requests without sufficient evidence may be declined.

 


 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • Exchange courier fee (UAE): AED 35

This fee covers:

  • Pickup of the original item

  • Delivery of the replacement item to your address

The exchange will be processed only after the exchange fee is paid through the return portal.

 


 

Return Shipping Costs

  • UAE returns: Return shipping is covered by the customer at AED 22, unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • GCC returns: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (rate displayed in the return portal)

If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.

 


 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping fees (AED 22 for UAE) are non-refundable

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn or used shoes and apparel

  • Items without original tags or original packaging

  • Final sale or clearance items
