Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
To start a return or exchange, simply use our self-service portal:
Enter your order number and email or phone number, and follow the steps shown. You’ll also be asked to upload photos when required to confirm the item is in its original condition.
(For orders below these amounts, a small delivery fee applies.)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can click the link to follow your package in real time until it arrives at your doorstep.
